CANTON, OHIO – July 21, 2025 – IES Infrastructure announced the appointment of Lauren Douglas as its new Digital Marketing Specialist. Lauren brings two years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
In this role, Lauren will be responsible for developing and executing digital and traditional marketing strategies, managing social media channels, overseeing SEO efforts, and analyzing campaign performance. Her responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans
- Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
- Driving organic growth through SEO and content marketing
- Rebranding literature and tradeshow materials
- Analyzing campaign performance and reporting on key metrics
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices

Lauren holds several professional certifications and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Professional Writing & Editing from Malone University. She previously worked at MCA, where she managed accounts with customers in the B2B, B2C, and nonprofit sectors.
