CANTON, OHIO – August 18, 2025 – IES Infrastructure is pleased to announce that Scott Fairhurst has joined the company as Corporate Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS). Scott brings over ten years of experience leading environmental, health, and safety initiatives in the energy and infrastructure industries, with a focus on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainability.

Throughout his career, Scott has led high-performing teams and developed EHS programs designed to drive risk reduction, strengthen safety culture, and support long-term organizational goals.

In his new role at IES Infrastructure, Scott will oversee the company’s EHS function across all locations. His priorities will include engaging directly with employees and leaders to assess current programs and make sure they reflect best practices in safety and environmental stewardship. He will focus on reinforcing IES’ core value that safety is more than a priority; it is fundamental to how the company operates.

Scott’s background also includes a leadership role in the military, where he directed safety and training efforts for large teams in high-stakes environments. This combination of technical expertise and people-focused leadership will help Scott advance IES’ culture of accountability, performance, and care for its workforce.
