CANTON, OHIO – June 15, 2026 – IES Infrastructure appoints Ivan Cardenas as Vice President of Corporate Quality, a strategic leadership role designed to strengthen quality systems, standardize best practices across all manufacturing locations, and ensure customers continue to receive the high-quality products and services that define the IES Infrastructure brand.
Ivan brings extensive experience as a quality executive and multi-site leader, with a proven background spanning data centers, renewable energy power generation, automotive systems, defense, and aerospace. His expertise includes quality assurance & control, change management, program management, and continuous improvement.
In this role, Cardenas will provide enterprise-wide leadership for quality management across the IES Infrastructure’s manufacturing and operational footprint. Working closely with site leadership teams, he will establish and maintain a unified approach to quality, driving consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

As Vice President of Corporate Quality, Cardenas will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining an enterprise-wide quality management system across all manufacturing locations.
- Developing standardized quality processes, procedures, and performance measurements.
- Implementing robust quality tracking, reporting, and analytics systems to improve visibility and accountability.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process capability, and operational efficiency.
- Partnering with manufacturing leadership to identify and proactively address quality risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring consistent compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory expectations.
- Strengthening a culture of quality that empowers employees at every level to contribute to operational excellence.
